These terms apply to fertilitybuddy.in and the Fertility Buddy WhatsApp service (+91 79819 43490), run by Medical Interventions Private Limited (CIN U74999TG2016PTC109835), registered office Flat No. 306, Devi Midtown, H. No. A2, Sri Vijaya Ganapati Devalayam 3, Chevella Road, Hydershah Guda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500091, India ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.

What we do

Fertility Buddy is a patient guidance service. We share general information, help you choose a fertility specialist at an independent partner clinic, book appointments, send confirmations and reminders, and may offer tests through partner laboratories. We are not a clinic or a laboratory, and we do not diagnose, prescribe or treat.

Medical information

Anything we share is general information, not medical advice. Decisions about tests and treatment are made by you with your doctor. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital.

Partner clinics and labs

Consultations, tests and treatment are provided by the partner clinic or laboratory, which is responsible for its medical services. We tell you the clinic and doctor before you confirm a booking.

Bookings, vouchers and payments

Booking through Fertility Buddy is free. Vouchers (such as a free first consultation) are single use, linked to your WhatsApp number, valid only at the clinic, date and time shown, and have no cash value. Where we offer paid services, prices are shown before you pay, payments are processed securely by our payment partner, and our refund and cancellation policy applies.

Your responsibilities

Please give correct details, keep appointments or cancel early by replying CANCEL, and use the service lawfully and respectfully.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the medical services of partner clinics or labs, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
