Privacy policy

Medical Interventions Private Limited ("we") runs Fertility Buddy. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• On WhatsApp: your WhatsApp number and profile name, your messages to us, the area or location you share to find a nearby clinic, and booking details (name for the booking, clinic, date and time).
• Feedback: your rating and comments after a visit.
• Email: your address and messages if you write to help@fertilitybuddy.in.
• On this website: the free tools work entirely on your phone; we do not receive what you type. Your browser may remember your dates on your own device.

We do not ask for your medical history. Please keep medical details for your doctor.

Why we use it

To answer your questions, book and confirm appointments, send your voucher, reminders and a follow-up, improve our service, and meet legal duties. We send offers only if you ask for them, and you can stop any time by replying STOP.

Who we share it with

• The partner clinic or lab you book with: your name, WhatsApp number and booking time, so they can receive and look after you.
• Service providers that run our systems (messaging, hosting, email), under contract and only for these purposes.

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking and chat records for up to 2 years after your last contact, unless the law needs longer, then we delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to help@fertilitybuddy.in or messaging us on WhatsApp. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
