Refund and cancellation policy

Free bookings

Booking an appointment through Fertility Buddy is currently free. You can cancel any time by replying CANCEL on WhatsApp from the number you booked with, or by emailing help@fertilitybuddy.in with your booking code.

Booking fees (when charged)

If you paid a booking fee and cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment, we refund it in full. If you cancel later or miss the appointment, the fee is kept as credit for your next consultation booked within 90 days.

Lab tests (when offered)

Cancel any time before your sample is collected for a full refund. Once a sample has been collected, the test cannot be refunded. If the lab cannot collect or process your sample, we refund you in full or rebook, as you prefer.

If the clinic or lab cancels

You get a free reschedule or a full refund, your choice.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the same UPI, card or bank account you paid from, usually within 5–7 working days. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we never see or store your card or UPI details.

Vouchers

Vouchers (for example a free first consultation) have no cash value, are single use, are linked to your WhatsApp number and are valid only at the clinic and time shown.
